rates

I charge $50 an hour with a minimum of one hour for most services. You will be responsible for any additional charges occurred, such as parts and software, these will be reviewed by you before purchasing. I receive preferred pricing with some vendors, please check with me before buying parts, hardware and software.

As a certified desktop support technian, I can help you with basic networking, computer hardware\software troubleshooting, repair and installation. If you have a virus, slow computer and any other issues, let me know and I will help you the best I can.

In general, I am a computer geek and technology enthusiast. I know a little bit about everything and love learning as I go. I am currently a full-time student, earning my Masters in Information Security. I work as a computer technician for a major health system in Iowa.
